TraceAmp™ PCR Master Mix (2X) is a Master mix that has optimized ingredients for conventional PCR reactions. The reaction mixture contains all the necessary and optimal components for PCR such as dNTP, Mg 2+, Taq DNA Polymerase. Customers only need to add DNA/cDNA template and specific primers to the reaction mixture.
